Purpose of the role:

• The Back-office support specialist role is dedicated to managing and processing documents on the field of Insurance.

We are looking for:

• Dedicated specialist with attention to details while processing documents
• Friendly team player willing to join a growing company
• A person with good analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills
• Able to work with customer related Data Base
• Previous experience on the field of BPO, CSR, Insurance, Banking shall be considered as an advantage
• Good written and spoken English is a must
• Knowledge on Dutch or French language shall be considered as an advantage
• The position is also suitable for Newly Graduated students, willing to learn

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

 

Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Company CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive, administrative, and development support to the Managing Director and Board of Directors. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

 Coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Top/ Senior Management Team.

 Conducts research on prospective corporate projects and initiatives to identify and evaluate current needs and assembles materials needed for the proposals.

 Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; prepares and coordinates oral and written communication on behalf of the CEO.

 Supports the CEO in his external commitments, including service on external boards, committees and other groups.

 Manages Board activities, which include coordinating Board meetings, arranging hotel accommodations for out-of-town Board members; processing travel reimbursement requests; and compiling, assembling, and distributing Board meeting materials.

 Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.

 

Requirements
 University degree in Economics or related. Legal Background is a plus;
 Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail;
 Previous working experience on a similar position is an advantage;
 Excellent analytical and presentation skills;
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, board members, external partners;
 Excellent command of English – both written and spoken;
 Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint;
 Ability to work independently and with professional discretion;
 Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
 Highly responsible individual able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure.
